CANT SEE THE FULL VIEW
I CANT SEE ALL THE SCREEN OF PIXLR-O-MATIC IN MY LAPTOP..I DID CHANGE MY DISPLAY SETTINGS BUT NOTHING HAPPENED,EVEN THE COMPATIBILITY STILL THE SAME,.

OK, for whatever reason the site is 'zoomed in'. Pressing Ctrl and scrolling the wheel mouse to zoom out fixed it (or hit ctrl-0).

Maybe you should totally try ctrl + scrolling with the touchpad then, or however your laptop is set up to scroll. Ctrl + or - should work too.
For me it was just a browser zoom issue, as it worked fine in ie9. -

No sorry I meant that I have downloaded the actual program to use it offline. It's really cut off and I can't seem to get it any smaller. I'm looking for a solution for that.

I just updated to the new version and am seeing this issue as well. It's not a screen/zooming setting that the user can adjust; it's definitely a problem with pixlr-o-matic.app itself.
The attached screenshot shows where the app is cutting off:
Any thoughts from the developer? -
