I’m panicking!

Editor Window Missing

Hi! I am a tech teacher using your program with about 75 4th graders. My students absolutely love it! However .... today, we tried opening the editor and all we see is a blank screen. We are in the middle of a project and I'm panicking. Thanks for your help.

The editor is still there and working, try refreshing the browser window, empty the temporary internet files and make sure you have the latest flash installed.

My guess is however that the nearest cash server had a glitch and will come back shortly.

What's the status of this problem?
