how to rasterize

It says "the layer must first be rasterized to be editable". not sure what that means.

    it is about the text layers.
    when you add text, it goes into a speciffic layer. the text will stay editable but is not yet modifiable with drawing tools...

    Once you pixellize the layer, it then becomes amenable to manipulation with the drawing tools BUT the text itself will not be editable throiugh the text dialog because it is now only pixels...

    Hopes this clarifies things a little!
