We strive to provide paid Pixlr Pro subscribers with a dedicated response in a timely manner. Submit your request while signed in with the Autodesk ID associated with your paid account, and our team will get back to you as soon as we can.

Do you use our other apps?

We offer a lot of free apps like Pixlr Express, Pixlr for iOS/Android, and Pixlr Editor. We aren't able to provide one-on-one support for these free apps, but our Help Center has many tutorials, articles, and answers to the kinds of questions most users need answered.
