FREE APPS: We aren’t always able to respond to support requests for our free apps. That said, we file bug reports with our team no matter who is contacting us. We'll follow up with you if more information can help our team fix a bug.

AN ANSWER MAY ALREADY EXIST: We regularly update our Help Center with tutorials, articles, and answers to the kinds of questions we receive via tickets.
